Kwai Videos Scraper extracts short videos from Kwai, the short-video app that is huge in Brazil and Latin America. It needs no login and no API key. Give it creator profiles, single video links or search keywords. You get clean JSON with the caption, hashtags, view, like, comment and share counts, the MP4 link, cover image, music and author stats (followers, total likes, video count).

A profile can be scraped down to its whole public archive, newest first, with every video listed once. Run it on the Apify platform to get scheduling, an API, webhooks and exports to Google Sheets, Excel or CSV.

🛠️ How to use

1. Add profiles, for example nossareceitaabr or https://www.kwai.com/@eumalaika. You can also add video URLs or search keywords.
2. Set the limits. Max videos per profile or keyword is 50 by default (0 = the whole archive). Max videos in total is 200 by default (0 = no limit).
3. Run the Actor, then export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the API.

With empty input the Actor returns the 50 newest videos of a popular recipe channel.

source tells you where the row came from: profile:<handle>, keyword:<keyword> or url. Fields Kwai doesn't provide are null. The soundtrack is filled for profile and keyword rows, not for single video URLs.

💰 How much does it cost to scrape Kwai?

The Actor uses pay-per-event pricing, so you pay only for videos you get:

For example, 1,000 videos cost about $1.00. Removed, private or duplicate videos are not charged. Set a maximum cost per run in Apify, and the Actor stops when it reaches that cost.

⚙️ Tips

• Whole archive: set Max videos per profile or keyword and Max videos in total to 0. A 5,000-video profile takes a few minutes.
• Daily monitoring: schedule a run with a small per-profile limit (e.g. 10) to collect each creator's newest videos and their current counts.
• Save the MP4s soon. Kwai's video links are signed and expire after about a day. Download them right after the run if you need the files.
• Pinned videos a creator put at the top of their profile come first, before the newest ones.

❓ FAQ

Do I need a Kwai account? No. The Actor reads only public data, without logging in.

How many search results do I get per keyword? Kwai's own search shows its top ~20 videos per keyword, and the selection can change from run to run. For complete data, scrape the creators' profiles.

Why does a profile return a bit fewer videos than its counter says? Kwai's video counter also includes videos that are hidden or no longer available. The Actor returns every video the profile page can show.

Can I get comments? Not at the moment: Kwai doesn't show comments to visitors who aren't logged in. The commentCount is in every row.

Is it legal to scrape Kwai? The Actor collects only publicly visible information. You are responsible for using it lawfully (e.g. GDPR or LGPD) and for respecting Kwai's terms.
