Reverb Sold Prices Scraper

🚀 Reverb Sold Prices Scraper

Find out what used music gear actually sells for. The Reverb Sold Prices Scraper collects completed Reverb sales for any guitar, pedal, amp, synth or microphone: the final price paid, the sale date, condition, shipping and the exact variant (model, year and finish). It is built for dealers, flippers, insurers and appraisers who need real transaction prices, not asking prices.

✨ Features

• 💵 Real sold prices: The amount the buyer paid, including sales closed on an accepted offer. The asking price on a sold listing is often higher.
• 🎸 Variant-level detail: Every sale is tagged with its variant (model, year and finish), so a Candy Apple Red AmPro II and a sunburst one are not mixed up.
• 🧾 Condition and shipping: Condition (Brand New, Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Non Functioning, B-Stock) and the shipping the buyer paid.
• 🔍 Flexible input: Paste Reverb product pages, product slugs or plain gear names like strymon bigsky.
• 📅 Filters: Limit results to certain conditions or to sales after a date.
• 🏷️ Optional listing details: Add the listing title, asking price, discount from the asking price and the shop name.
• 📋 Run summary: Each run saves a RUN_SUMMARY record. It shows every product matched, its total completed sales and how many were saved, so a product that didn't match is easy to spot.

🛠️ How It Works

1. Enter products: Reverb product pages (https://reverb.com/p/fender-american-professional-ii-stratocaster), slugs (boss-ds-1-distortion) or gear names (boss ds-1). A gear name is matched to the closest Reverb product. Check productName in the results.
2. Set limits and filters: Choose how many sales to save per product (newest first). Optionally pick conditions and a "Sold after" date.
3. Run the scraper: Get one row per sale, ready to export as JSON, CSV or Excel.

💰 Pricing

Event	Price	When
Sale	$0.001	Each sold item saved
Listing details	$0.001	Each sale enriched with listing title, asking price, discount and shop (only when Include listing details is on)

1,000 sales cost $1, or $2 with listing details.

❓ Good to Know

• Prices are in USD.
• A listing can sell more than once. Shops with several units of the same item sell them from one listing. Each sale has its own saleId, and listingId can repeat.
• Reverb hides a small share of sales. These are counted as hiddenRecordsSkipped in RUN_SUMMARY and never saved or charged.
• Sellers choose the product their listing belongs to. Now and then a listing is filed under a neighbouring model. Turn on listing details to check the seller's own title.
• The discount is only shown when the asking price and sold price are in the same currency.
