ConstructionJobs.com Scraper — Full Board
Pricing
from $1.70 / 1,000 jobs
Scrape US construction job postings from ConstructionJobs.com: superintendents, estimators, project managers, foremen and skilled trades. Get title, hiring company, location, job category, employment type, posted and expiry dates and the full description. Export to CSV, Excel or JSON.
Full board reads the sitemap and reaches all live jobs (about 1,550 in November 2026). Recent only walks the paged listing, newest first, up to 34 pages (~714 jobs) — faster, but it cannot see the rest of the board.
Hard limit. Each job checked is one request, so without filters this is also your request count — roughly one job per second. The default of 50 is a quick sample; raise it for a full extract of the whole board (about 1,550 jobs in November 2026).
Optional. Specific ConstructionJobs.com job URLs to scrape. Overrides the crawl mode.
Remember job URLs between runs and emit only postings not seen before. Pair with Recent only for a cheap daily watch.
Namespace for incremental state. Use a different key per schedule.
Keep only jobs whose title contains this text, e.g. "superintendent" or "electrician".
Keep only jobs in this US state, by name or two-letter code, e.g. "California", "Texas" or "TX".
Keep only jobs of this type, e.g. FULL_TIME, PART_TIME, CONTRACTOR.
Most construction postings withhold pay, so expect this to reduce the count substantially.
Apify Proxy (datacenter) is enabled by default and included on every plan. The site has refused Apify's own server IPs, so a run without a proxy moves to the datacenter proxy by itself when refused; if the site refuses the datacenter proxy too, the run moves to residential (US), and it stops early if that is refused as well.
