How It Works
- Go to Abjav: Pull up the Abjav page where your video lives and let it load the way any page normally would.
- Find the source: Launch the extension; it scans the current page for an available video source and displays the matching download option.
- Select a format and save: Open the format menu, choose one of the offered file options, and the finished video lands on your device.
What It Does
- Save Abjav videos as MP4 files and watch them later without being online.
- Click the download button displayed on the video page itself.
- You can alternatively start from the add-on's small toolbar menu.
- Only the clip that is currently active is handled, one per download.
- Transfers go through the usual download system of your browser.
- Watch progress in the default downloads area of the browser.
Abjav Video Downloader vs. Online Downloader Website
The whole save happens in the same tab as the video, while an outside site pulls you away from it.

|---|---|
| Begin with the download button on the Abjav page that is open. | You copy the page's address and hand it to a different site. |
| You remain on the page, video still on screen. | You exit the video page and the player context goes with it. |
| Spots the video source loaded in your browser. | Data from an embedded player could be missed with a pasted link. |
| Files go right into the folder reserved for Abjav. | Where the file lands is up to the prompt on the outside site. |
| Your browser's download list displays progress. | You can see progress only on that other site's page. |

FAQ
How can I get a video from Abjav onto my device? Open its page and let the video play. Then press the extension's download button there, or open the toolbar popup instead. Your browser stores the MP4 using its regular download system.
Which folder do finished videos go to? Each completed file is dropped automatically inside an Abjav folder, located in your browser's default download location. That keeps the collection tidy and simple to locate.
Does it handle simultaneous downloads? No, a single active video is processed at once. Remain on the current Abjav page, wait until the download completes, and only then begin another.
Is the saved video converted to another format? No. You get MP4, exactly as Abjav supplies it. Since nothing is converted, the file opens in any media player that handles MP4.
Know Before You Use It
- Videos can only be saved if the page presents a downloadable option.
- Your browser must already be able to show the video to you.
- Detecting the active source can require you to start playback first.
- Available quality settings come from the player or host in use.
Only download videos you own or have permission to save.
