Get every open job from any company's Homerun careers site - complete, exact and up to date - in one clean format ready for Excel, Google Sheets, your database or an AI agent.

The Actor reads the same official job feed that powers the company's own careers page, goes through it to the last page and returns each job with its full description, locations, salary and dates. Nothing is sampled, nothing is guessed.

Why this Actor

Price, quality, reliability, responsibility - in balance:

  • 💵 Fair price - $1.50 per 1,000 jobs; in only-new mode you pay only for new or changed jobs.
  • 🔍 Complete, exact rows - every open job on the Homerun board with its full description and the pay fields the company publishes; nothing sampled, nothing guessed.
  • 🔁 Dependable runs - the same schema as every PROMUR jobs Actor, a run report per company, and a clean stop at your budget.
  • 🤝 Responsible collection - only the official public job feed behind the company's own careers page; robots.txt is respected and bot checks are never worked around.

What you get:

  • 🎯 Complete - every open job on the board, all pages. The run report shows open jobs vs jobs saved for each company, so you can see that nothing is missing.
  • ✅ Exact - values exactly as the company publishes them. If a field is not published it is null, never invented. salarySource tells you where each salary came from.
  • 🔎 Deep - not just titles and links:
    • Reads the job list the career site itself is built from (every published vacancy, nothing paged), then each job page's structured job record (schema.org JobPosting): complete description, posting date, employment type
    • Salary exactly as the company publishes it in Homerun - min, max, currency and period (tested: Homerun, 75,000 EUR / year); no salary is guessed when none is published
    • Works with <name>.homerun.co and with companies' own Homerun domains. Location with country, department and job type; "Open application" entries are left out, they are not jobs
  • ⚡ Live - data is read at run time, not from a cached database.
  • 🔁 Change tracking - Only new or changed jobs mode returns only jobs that are new, or whose title, location, salary or text changed since your last run. Unchanged jobs are not saved and cost nothing.
  • 🧩 One schema - the same fields as every PROMUR jobs Actor, so feeds from different systems merge without mapping.

Use cases

  • Job boards and aggregators - fill and refresh listings straight from the source.
  • Sales and recruiting intelligence - see which companies hire, for which teams and where; new roles are buying signals.
  • Salary benchmarking - structured pay ranges by role, location and company.
  • Market and competitor research - track hiring trends over time with daily snapshots.
  • AI agents and RAG - clean text descriptions ready for LLMs, via the Apify API or MCP server.
  • Job alerts - schedule daily runs and push new jobs to Slack, email or a webhook.

How to use

  1. Add one or more companies under Companies (names or links, see below).
  2. Optional: turn on Only new or changed jobs and give the feed a name.
  3. Click Start. Download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or connect them to your tools.

Input

One company per line in Companies:

You typeMeaning
acmecareer site name (acme.homerun.co)
https://acme.homerun.cocareer site link
https://acme.homerun.co/<job>any job link from the site
https://werkenbij.example.nlthe company's own domain running on Homerun

Finding the right value: open a job on the company's careers page; the link shows <name>.homerun.co/..., or the page footer says "Powered by Homerun".

Only new or changed jobs (onlyNewJobs) - return only jobs that are new or changed since the previous run with the same Feed name. The first run returns all open jobs.

Feed name (feedName) - keeps separate memories for separate feeds (e.g. engineering-daily). Stored in your own account.

Run report: every run saves a SUMMARY record (Storage → Key-value store) with one entry per company: status, open jobs, jobs saved, new and updated counts, and a plain-English message.

Pricing

$1.50 per 1,000 jobs saved - you pay only for results.

  • A company with 300 open jobs: $0.45 for the full list.
  • A daily only-new feed over 50 companies with ~40 new or changed jobs a day: about $0.06 a day.

Set Maximum cost per run in the run options: the Actor saves jobs up to that amount and stops cleanly.

Integrations

Schedule runs (Console → Schedules) and send results to Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, a webhook or your database with Apify integrations. Call it from code with the Apify API, or from AI agents through the Apify MCP server.

FAQ

Does it get all jobs from very large companies? Yes - every page is read, and the run report lets you check open jobs against jobs saved.

Why is a field empty? The company did not publish it. Values are never guessed.

How fresh is the data? It is read live when the run starts.

What does blocked mean in the run report? Rarely, a site refuses automated access. It is marked in SUMMARY, so no company is silently missing.

My company uses another system. Use ATS Jobs Scraper - it detects the system for you (21 supported).

Support

Found a site that does not work, or need a field? Open an issue on the Issues tab with the input line and the run link - we usually fix it fast.
