Returns one record per OCDS release, month by month: 1,443 public-tender (Licitación Pública) releases in August–September 2026 when this was verified.
Filters at the source: publication month range, day, process status (Vigente, Evaluación, Adjudicado …) and procurement method (Licitación Pública, Cotización, Compra Directa …).
Flattens the useful fields — buyer, number of tenderers, awarded suppliers and value — and keeps the full release for everything else (items, bids, documents, parties).
Gets past Guatecompras' Cloudflare protection on every run; nothing to configure.

Award committee members are individuals published with a tax id and address; this Actor keeps their name and role and drops the rest.
