Returns one record per tender: open, closed, awarded, advance notices and the rest — 73 open and 1,242 awarded when this was verified.
Filters at the source: keyword, status, type, issuing agency (any of 577), tender number, and opening, closing and award date ranges.
Reads each tender page for the description, region, enquiry contacts and document list, and each award's contract page for value, dates, method, submissions and suppliers.
