What you get
Each row includes the ticker, CIK, company, concept, unit, period start and end, value, filed date, form, fiscal year and period, accession number and frame.
Modes
- History: every reported value for each company and concept, newest filing first.
- As of: set
asOfto get the latest value filed on or before that date. This gives point-in-time shares outstanding for market-cap backtests. - Frames: one concept for every filer in a period (e.g.
CY2025Q2I), sorted by value.
