Facebook Contact Finder

Find the public email contacts behind Facebook profiles and pages, filtered by keyword and (optionally) location. The actor runs targeted search-engine queries, collects the Facebook links they surface, visits each one, and extracts any publicly visible email addresses — then delivers them as a clean dataset.

You pay only for what you get: billing is pay-per-event, charged once per contact delivered (contact-scraped).

What it does

  1. Turns each keyword (and optional location) into a site:facebook.com search query, restricted to the email providers you enable.
  2. Crawls the search results, following the "Next" pages, and enqueues every Facebook link it finds.
  3. Opens each Facebook page, scans it for email addresses, de-duplicates them, and delivers a record for every page that yields at least one email.

Input

FieldTypeDefaultDescription
keywords (required)array of strings–Search terms to find profiles/pages. At least one is required.
locationsarray of strings–Optional locations; every keyword is searched once per location.
gmailbooleantrueTarget @gmail.com addresses.
yahoobooleantrueTarget @yahoo.com addresses.
outlookbooleantrueTarget @outlook.com / @hotmail.com addresses.
aolbooleantrueTarget @aol.com addresses.
icloudbooleantrueTarget @icloud.com addresses.
protonmailbooleantrueTarget @protonmail.com addresses.
otherbooleanfalseAlso target the custom domains in extraEmailProviders.
extraEmailProvidersarray of strings–Custom domains (without @) used when other is on.
maxProfilesinteger100Upper bound on contacts delivered per run.
proxyConfigurationobjectApify residential proxyProxy applied to every request.

The original field names are the primary input keys, and a few aliases are also accepted (search/queries for keywords, location for locations, otherProviders for extraEmailProviders, maxContacts for maxProfiles, proxyConfig for proxyConfiguration).

Example input

{
"keywords": ["real estate agent", "wedding photographer"],
"locations": ["New York", "London"],
"gmail": true,
"yahoo": true,
"outlook": true,
"aol": false,
"icloud": false,
"protonmail": false,
"other": false,
"extraEmailProviders": [],
"maxProfiles": 50
}

Output

Each dataset item represents one Facebook page that yielded at least one email:

FieldTypeDescription
urlstringThe Facebook page URL.
emailsarray of stringsDe-duplicated email addresses found on the page.
usernamestringThe profile/page name, when it can be read from the page.

Example output

[
{
"url": "https://www.facebook.com/example.page/",
"emails": ["hello@example.com"],
"username": "Example Page"
},
{
"url": "https://www.facebook.com/another.page/",
"emails": ["contact@agency.net", "info@agency.net"]
}
]

Pricing (pay-per-event)

This actor is billed per delivered contact. Exactly one contact-scraped event is charged for each record pushed to the dataset, so you never pay for empty pages or crawl overhead. Set maxProfiles to cap spend per run.

Notes

  • A residential proxy is strongly recommended (and enabled by default) — search engines aggressively rate-limit datacenter IPs.
  • Availability of emails depends entirely on what each page chooses to make public; many pages expose none.

Use this actor only for data that is publicly available and only in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR/CCPA), Facebook's terms, and anti-spam regulations. You are responsible for how you collect and use contact data.
