Get the filed annual accounts (účetní závěrka) of Czech companies by IČO. One row per company and fiscal year, with revenue, operating profit, profit before tax, net profit, total assets, equity and liabilities as clean JSON, plus the prior year from the same filing. The Actor reads the accounts filed in the Sbírka listin (collection of documents) of the Czech public register at or.justice.cz. No API key, no setup.

What you get

  • Revenue (sales of products, services and goods), operating profit, profit before tax, net profit
  • Total assets, fixed assets, current assets, cash
  • Equity, share capital, long-term and short-term liabilities, total liabilities
  • The prior year's figures as stated in the same filing (financials.previousYear)
  • Company name and legal form, fiscal year, currency, filing date, and a link to the filing on or.justice.cz
  • Company accounts, plus group (consolidated) accounts on request or when they are the only accounts filed
  • Up to 5 most recent fiscal years per company
  • A _parseQuality flag per row: verified when the balance sheet adds up, partial when it adds up but revenue, profit or equity was not filed, unverified when the figures do not reconcile

Many small Czech companies (micro and small entities without an audit) file only the balance sheet. They come back as partial with the income-statement fields null, not as an error. Missing figures are null.

Scanned filings

Some companies still file their accounts as scanned paper documents. The Actor reads those too, and keeps the figures only when the balance sheet adds up. Such rows carry _scannedDocument: true: the balance-sheet totals are checked, but a single line outside them (for example cash or share capital) can still carry a reading error. Income-statement figures from a scan are kept only when they tie to the profit shown in the balance sheet.

A scan too poor to read comes back as a row with success: false, error: "scan - figures not read", the fiscal year and the link to the filing, so you can open the document yourself. These rows are not charged. Scanned filings take longer to process than other filings.

How to use it

  1. Paste one or more IČO numbers (8 digits; leading zeros may be left out; up to 1,000 per run).
  2. Choose how many fiscal years you want per company (1 to 5).
  3. Switch on group accounts if you also want them next to the company's own accounts.
  4. Run it and download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the API.

Each company takes a few seconds, because the public register limits how fast it may be queried. A run of 100 companies takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes. Very large lists are best split into runs of up to 300 companies; companies a run could not reach come back as not processed - run limit reached, start a new run for the rest and are not charged.

Pricing

Pay per event plus platform usage. You are charged one "Annual accounts statement" event per row with figures (one company, one fiscal year, one statement type). Filings whose figures could not be read (including unreadable scans), companies not found and invalid numbers are returned as rows with success: false and are not charged.

PlanPrice per statement
Free$0.03
Bronze$0.025
Silver$0.02
Gold$0.015

A small actor-start fee applies to each run. Platform usage is billed to you by Apify. If you set a maximum cost per run, the Actor stops cleanly when the limit is reached and says so in the run status message.

Good to know

  • Covers companies registered in the Czech public register (obchodní rejstřík) that file annual accounts in the Sbírka listin: s.r.o., a.s., v.o.s., k.s., cooperatives and others.
  • The most recent year appears only once the company has filed it. Many companies file late, so the latest row may be a year or two old.
  • When a company files the same year more than once (a correction, a translation), the latest Czech filing of the company's own accounts is used.
  • If one year cannot be read, the other years are still returned.
  • Large companies that publish their accounts inside a long annual report are read too, under Czech rules or IFRS. Some report in EUR; currency says which.
  • Listed groups that file a machine-readable ESEF annual report get the group (consolidated) figures from it, labelled statementType: "consolidated" and accountingStandard: "IFRS".
  • The output always accounts for every number you sent, unless the run stops at your spending limit.
