WARN layoff and closure notices from 20 US states' own published lists (CA IL NY AK AL ID MA MT NC ND NE NJ OR PA SD TN TX UT VA WA), normalised to one schema: employer, city, county, employees, notice date, effective date, notice type, source file. $10 per 1,000 rows, no run fee.
State WARN lists to read, in this order (default CA, IL, NY). CA = the EDD current-period WARN workbook; IL = the newest monthly DCEO workbooks (see il_months_back); NY = the NYS DOL WARN dashboard export. The other 17 are each state's own published WARN page, CSV or workbook; a state that cannot be read is listed in RUN_SUMMARY.failed_states and costs nothing. PA publishes no notice date (see the README): its rows carry the filing month in source_period and notice_date is null. NC covers the current calendar year only, because the state publishes earlier years as PDF reports rather than pages. MT publishes no city and no closure/layoff type, and prints the year each notice was filed under in source_period; it does publish the industry of every employer. ID and ND each publish their whole WARN history as one PDF, linked from the page rather than named, and neither publishes a county or a closure/layoff type; ID does publish a street address and ZIP for every site.
