Monitor de legislación reciente de la Unión Europea desde CELLAR/EUR-Lex. Devuelve reglamentos, directivas y decisiones con CELEX, tipo, fecha, título, organismo, materias EuroVoc y enlace oficial. No devuelve convocatorias ni importes de financiación.

Entrada

• keywords: lista opcional; busca en título, materias y organismo.
• sectors: lista opcional: energia, salud, educacion, digital, transporte, agricultura, medio-ambiente, finanzas, empleo, construccion, industria, comercio.
• regions: aceptado únicamente por compatibilidad con clientes antiguos; se ignora y ya no aparece en el esquema.
• maxResults: máximo de filas devueltas; por defecto 100; 0 significa sin límite dentro de la ventana consultada.
• fetchLimit: actos recientes consultados antes de filtrar; por defecto 400; 0 usa 400; valores superiores a 2000 se limitan a 2000 y generan una advertencia. fetchLimitApplied queda en SUMMARY.
• exportFiles: csv y/o xlsx.
• exportLanguage: es o en.

Los límites rechazan null, negativos, booleanos, cadenas y decimales. El filtro combina AND entre dimensiones y OR dentro de cada dimensión. Los sectores usan coincidencia de palabra o frase completa controlada, no substrings arbitrarios.

Salida y cobro

Cada fila contiene id, date, type, title, sectors, sectorMatches, keywords, agent, subjects, url y atribución de fuente. sectorMatches es un objeto cuyas claves son sectores devueltos y cuyos valores son listas de objetos {term, field, value}: término raíz/frase que coincidió, campo (title, subjects o agent) y texto observado. SUMMARY incluye itemsReturned, fetchLimitApplied, capApplied y el resumen de la ejecución. regions y el antiguo chargeReport se ignoran si llegan en una entrada antigua; no se cobra ningún informe agregado. En producción se cobra run-start y una vez por fila efectivamente cobrada; si el límite de presupuesto/eventos rechaza un cargo, el actor para antes de publicar esa fila, por lo que las filas coinciden con los cargos exitosos. Un fallo de la sonda de cobro o del cargo de inicio aborta antes de descargar datos. El modo local no factura.

Compared with free EUR-Lex alerts

EUR-Lex alerts are useful general notifications. This Actor adds sector and keyword filtering, CSV/XLSX exports, a dataset/API output suitable for webhooks and AI agents, and programmable scheduled runs.

Pricing examples

The item event is $0.002 per returned act: 100 acts are approximately $0.20; a daily monitor is approximately $1–2/month depending on results. There is no per-item charge when there are no results; the platform run-start fee remains the minimum charge. SUMMARY is free.

Schedules and limits

Create an Apify Schedule for daily or weekly monitoring and pass the desired JSON input. maxResults defaults to 100. fetchLimit defaults to 400 and is hard-capped at 2000. The platform event budget is respected: when a charge is denied, no further rows are published and SUMMARY reports capApplied=true.
