On the first run, the Actor records a baseline. On later runs, pass previous metrics in previousSnapshots to calculate follower and popularity changes. Without a Spotify access token, Spotify's official oEmbed API returns basic public metadata only; the Actor clearly marks this limitation and never invents missing metrics.
