About is_truncated on reviews

GoYellow shows a server-side preview for some partner reviews (golocal, Yelp, …). When the original review is longer than the preview, the text field contains the clean preview (trailing ellipsis removed) and is_truncated is set to true. You can fetch the full text from the review's url if needed.
