Get the open jobs of companies that hire through iCIMS. Paste a career site URL such as https://careers.axa.com and receive title, company, location, apply URL and, when the site provides them, department, employment type, description and posting date as clean dataset rows.

What you can do with it

  • Pull the open roles of a list of target companies for lead generation or recruiting research.
  • Track hiring over time: run it on a schedule with postedWithinDays and sortBy: newest to see only new postings.
  • Feed a job board or alert system with the openings of the companies you follow.
  • Filter by keyword in the title, by location or by country.

What you get

One dataset row per job. Duplicates are removed before anything is charged, so the number of rows is the number of results you pay for.

FieldDescription
idJob id, unique across career sites
ats_job_idThe id the career site itself uses for the posting
titleJob title
companyEmployer name as the posting states it (for example Costco Wholesale Corporation)
hiring_organizationThe legal entity the posting names, when the career site reports one
ats_platformicims_jibe (Jibe career site) or icims (iCIMS portal)
location, city, countryLocation text as posted, the city and the two-letter country code
additional_locationsThe other places of a posting that lists several, when the site provides them
departmentDepartment or category, when the site provides it
employment_typeFull-time, part-time, contract and so on, when the site provides it
remotetrue when the location says remote
descriptionThe posting text as the site provides it (HTML or plain text, depending on the career site). Empty when includeDescription is off or the posting has none
apply_url, job_urlLink to the application page and to the posting
created_at, updated_atPosting date and last update, when the site provides them
languageLanguage of the posting, when the site provides it
scraped_atTime of the run

Salary fields (salary_text, salary_min, salary_max, salary_currency, salary_period, salary_source) are filled only when the posting states a salary range. They are never estimated.

Input

FieldDescription
companiesiCIMS career site URLs (https://careers.axa.com; the home page, a list page or a posting link all work). Strings, {"url": "..."} objects, a single string, or several separated by commas or new lines. Empty = one public sample career site; a run with no input returns up to 10 sample jobs.
atsauto (default) recognises iCIMS portal URLs and checks any other URL for a Jibe career site. Set icims_jibe to read a URL as a Jibe career site on the company's own domain.
keywordsKeep only jobs whose title matches at least one keyword. They filter the jobs of the sites you list; they do not search other companies.
locationKeep only jobs in this city, region or country (Geneva, Switzerland, CH).
countriesISO-2 codes such as ["CH", "DE"]: keep only jobs located in these countries (jobs whose country cannot be determined are left out).
includeRemoteWithoutRegionOnly with a country filter: also keep remote jobs that state no country or region (they may not be open to applicants in that country). Default false.
postedWithinDaysDrop jobs older than this many days. Jobs without a posting date are kept.
sortBynewest (default) or relevance (the site's own order).
maxJobsPerCompanyCap per career site, counted after the filters. 0 = all. Default 50.
maxResultsCap for the whole run. The run stops cleanly when it is reached. 0 = no limit. Default 100 (10 when companies is empty and you pass no maxResults).
includeDescriptionInclude the description text. Default true.

Large career sites hold thousands of jobs (Costco lists about 20,000). The default of 50 jobs per career site keeps a run small and cheap; raise maxJobsPerCompany and maxResults only when you want more.

Example: one career site

{
"companies": ["https://careers.axa.com"],
"maxResults": 20
}

Example: several career sites with filters

{
"companies": [
"https://careers.costco.com",
"https://jobs.booking.com"
],
"keywords": ["engineer", "data"],
"postedWithinDays": 30,
"sortBy": "newest",
"maxJobsPerCompany": 25
}

Only iCIMS career sites are read. A URL of any other job system (Greenhouse, Workday, SmartRecruiters and so on) is skipped with a log line that names the actor to use, and is never charged.

Supported URL formats

  • Jibe career site: the home page, a list page or a posting link of the company's own career domain, for example https://careers.costco.com or https://jobs.booking.com/booking/jobs. A link to one posting is reduced to its career site; the whole site is read.
  • iCIMS portal: https://careers-company.icims.com/jobs/search. Some iCIMS portals put their job search behind a human-verification check. For those the run status says so and suggests the company's own career site URL, and nothing is pushed or charged. Jibe career sites are the reliable case.
  • A bare company name is not enough, because the career site address is needed.

Output

{
"id": "icims_jibe-a1b2c3d4-67964",
"ats_job_id": "67964",
"title": "Pharmacy Manager",
"company": "Costco Wholesale Corporation",
"hiring_organization": "Costco Wholesale Corporation",
"ats_platform": "icims_jibe",
"location": "ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, United States",
"city": "Albuquerque",
"country": "US",
"department": "Warehouses and Business Associates",
"employment_type": null,
"remote": false,
"apply_url": "https://pharmacycareers-costco.icims.com/jobs/67964/login",
"job_url": "https://careers.costco.com/jobs/67964?lang=en-us",
"language": "en",
"created_at": "2026-10-21T19:38:00Z",
"updated_at": "2026-10-22T07:40:59Z",
"scraped_at": "2026-10-27T09:00:00Z"
}

The row above is illustrative and comes from a different career site than the sample one an empty input reads (the description field is left out for brevity); values depend on the career site. Fields a career site does not provide stay empty. created_at is the posting date the career site reports.

Pricing

Pay per result, two events:

  • apify-actor-start: $0.001 once per run.
  • job-result: $0.001 per job in the dataset ($1.00 per 1,000 jobs).

The start fee is charged on top of the job results. Filtered-out and duplicate jobs are never charged, and a site that is not found costs nothing. Set a maximum total charge on the run to stop at a budget; the run ends cleanly when it is reached. The pricing box on the actor page always shows the current rates.

FAQ

How do I find a company's iCIMS career site URL? Open the company's careers page. If the jobs are listed on the company's own career domain and the apply button leads to an icims.com page, it is an iCIMS career site and the career domain is the URL to use. If a URL is not recognised, set ats to icims_jibe.

Can I search by keyword across all iCIMS companies? No. Give the URL of each career site. Keywords only filter the titles of the jobs of the sites you list.

What if a career site is not found? The run continues with the other sites. The run status line names the site and the reason, and nothing is charged for it.

Why is the description empty? It is empty when includeDescription is off, or when the posting could not be read. The row still has title, location, date and the apply URL, and is charged the same.

How do I get only new jobs? Run it on a schedule with postedWithinDays set to the interval (for example 1 for a daily run) and sortBy set to newest.

How do I stop at a budget? Set maxResults or the maximum total charge of the run. The run stops cleanly when either is reached.

Why did I get fewer jobs than maxJobsPerCompany? The caps apply after your filters, and a career site can simply have fewer open jobs. The sites are read in the order you list them, and the run stops once maxResults is reached.

Limits

  • Career sites only; no company-name search across iCIMS.
  • iCIMS portal URLs (*.icims.com) are accepted, but some of those portals put their job search behind a human-verification check and then return nothing. Use the company's own career site URL for those when it has one.
  • Salary fields are filled only when the posting states a salary, and only with includeDescription on.
