Look up any Arizona ROC contractor licence by number or name, or export every active licence statewide (58,184 on 2026-10-07) with phone, street address, class, qualifying party and principals.
First release. Two modes against the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC):
Lookup (query/queries): licence number or business/person name through ROC's own
contractor search (a guest Salesforce Apex action, plain HTTP). Returns every licence on each
matched account, any status, with phone, city/state/ZIP, qualifying party and principals.
maxResults is per query (default 50).
Export (no query): ROC's statewide Posting List CSV (58,184 active licences on
2026-10-07), filtered by classification (code or word), license type, city, ZIP, name or
Arizona-only addresses. maxResults is run-wide (default 500, max 100,000). Phone and
principals are joined in from the contractor search by licence number (includePhone,
default on); enrichment_status says per row whether the join landed.
The CSV sits behind a Cloudflare TLS-fingerprint + IP challenge: fetched with curl_cffi
(Chrome), direct first, then through the run's proxy (residential by default, also when
proxyConfiguration is omitted). Recon: docs/actors/recon-arizona-contractor-license-lookup.md.
Push and charge in chunks of 500; outage and bad-input notices are never charged.
