Turn any MyBuilder trade + city into a clean, ranked
list of UK tradespeople. One row per tradesperson, straight from MyBuilder's
public directory pages and each profile's LocalBusiness schema — no login.
What you get (one row per tradesperson)
From the listing card (always):
serviceProId, businessName, tradeCategory, locationSlug,
tradeLocationSummary, avgReviewScore, reviewCount, isVerified,
isFeaturedAd, badges, positionInList, pageNumber, bio,
latestReviewSnippet, totalResultsForQuery, profileUrl.
From the profile page (when "Fetch full profile details" is on):
legalName, leiCode, description (full "About" text), addressLocality,
addressCountry, services (what they offer), profileRatingValue,
profileReviewCount, sampleReviews (author, date, rating, text).
How to use
Give it one or more MyBuilder listing URLs:

Set Max tradespeople and it paginates automatically (~16 per page). Turn off Fetch full profile details for a faster, listing-only run.
Important: this is a lead-scoring tool, not contact enrichment
MyBuilder is a lead-generation marketplace. It does not publish phone, email or website for tradespeople — customer contact happens through MyBuilder's own "post a job" form by design. This actor gives you everything MyBuilder makes public (who to shortlist: ratings, review volume, verified/featured status, services, bio, sample reviews), not direct contact details.
Proxy
MyBuilder is Cloudflare-fronted. Leave the proxy on its default (Apify Proxy, Residential, country GB): pages are fetched through Apify's datacenter proxy first, and the Residential GB group is used only for a page the datacenter exit refuses. Residential use per run is capped at a share of what the run bills; past that cap the run carries on through the datacenter proxy and says so in its status message.
