What does "certified" mean? Each business has been certified by a government agency as a minority-, women-, veteran-, disadvantaged- or small-business enterprise. The actor normalizes every program's labels into canonical codes (MBE, WBE, DBE, SDVOSB, SBE, …) and ownership flags.

Can I get only DBE firms for a DOT project? Yes — set certificationTypes: ["DBE"] or disadvantagedOnly: true, and filter by states and naicsPrefix.

Can I export to Google Sheets, CSV, or Excel? Yes — one click in the dataset view, or automatically on every run via the Google Drive integration.
