Podcast Outreach Leads — $1.00 per 1,000
Find podcasts by topic through Apple Podcasts, then enrich each result from the show's public RSS feed. The dataset is built for guest pitching, podcast PR, sponsorship research, creator partnerships, competitive research, and media-list building.
What you get
- Podcast name, publisher or host, Apple Podcast ID, genres, country, and episode count
- Public owner email when the show publishes one in its RSS feed
- Show website, RSS URL, Apple Podcasts URL, description, language, and artwork
- Latest episode title and publication date, plus Apple's last-release date
outreachReady,rssStatus, and clear RSS errors so lists are easy to filter
Quick start
Enter topics such as business, cybersecurity, or parenting, choose a storefront, set the maximum, and press Start. Turn on Only shows with public email when you need an email-ready list; leave it off for broader market research.
Example input:
{"queries": ["venture capital", "startup founders"],"country": "US","maxPodcastsPerQuery": 50,"minimumEpisodeCount": 10,"publishedWithinDays": 365,"enrichFromRss": true,"onlyWithEmail": false}
Pricing
Pay per result: $0.001 per podcast ($1.00 per 1,000) plus a $0.00005 run-start event and normal Apify platform usage. maxPodcastsPerQuery is a hard ceiling per topic.
Source and responsible outreach
Discovery uses Apple's public iTunes Search service. Enrichment reads public podcast RSS feeds selected by their publishers. Email addresses are returned only when publicly present; the Actor does not guess or manufacture addresses. Honor opt-outs, identify yourself, keep pitches relevant, and follow applicable anti-spam and privacy rules.
Reliability
The Actor retries temporary failures, deduplicates shows by Apple ID, preserves results when an individual RSS feed fails, and exposes RSS status per row. This makes partial source issues visible without destroying an otherwise useful dataset.
