🚀 Exhaustive mode

By default, Zillow limits search results to ~500-1000 per query. Exhaustive mode automatically runs the same search with different sort orders (newest, cheapest, most expensive, largest, etc.) and deduplicates the results. Each sort order surfaces different listings that the others miss.

  • Off: 1 request → ~500-1000 listings (fast, cheap)
  • On: 6 requests → ~2,000-3,000 unique listings (same area, same filters)

Your filters (price, beds, rent/sold) are always respected — exhaustive mode only varies the sort order to find more results within your criteria.

🌍 Supported listing types

  • For sale (default) — active listings from agents and owners
  • For rent — rental listings with monthly prices
  • Recently sold — completed sales with sale prices

🔌 Automation & integrations

Connect to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Airtable, BigQuery, Snowflake, or any webhook. Schedule daily/weekly runs to monitor inventory, price changes, and new listings.

❓ FAQ
