📖 Overview

Collect Trustpilot reviews for any company by typing a name, a domain, or pasting a review URL. For each review you get the title and text, star rating, date, verification status, the reviewer (name, country), the company's reply, and the full company profile (TrustScore, rating distribution, category, contact details).

• Find a company by name, domain, website URL or a Trustpilot review URL — or scrape a reviewer's profile.
• Filter by star rating, language, date range, keyword, topic, country, verified and replied reviews.
• Optionally expand to a company's regional Trustpilot sites (amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de…).
• Exports to JSON, CSV, Excel, or the Apify dataset API.
• Pay per result — no subscription.

🚀 How to use

1. Add one or more companies in Company URLs — a name (amazon), a domain (www.amazon.com), a website, or a Trustpilot review URL (one per line).
2. Optionally add filters: star rating, language, date range, keyword, country, verified/replied.
3. Set Max reviews per company and start the run.
4. Download your data from the Storage tab, or fetch it from the API.

💰 Pricing

$0.50 per 1,000 reviews. No subscription — you pay only for the results you extract. New Apify users can try the Actor with their free monthly platform credits.

🛡️ Proxy and performance

• Residential proxies are recommended for reliable runs (on by default).
• Start with a small Max reviews per company to validate your filters, then increase it.
• Use Date range with the default sort to stop early once you reach older reviews.
• Add several companies in one run to compare brands side by side.

🔌 Integrations

Run the Actor from the Apify API, the JavaScript or Python clients, or connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets and Slack through Apify integrations. Each run's data is available as JSON or CSV via the dataset API.
