Q: Does it cover all of Egypt? A: Yes. Pick a district such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October, a whole city or region, or All of Egypt. For a single compound or street, open it on aqarmap.com.eg and paste the results address into Search page URLs.

Q: What currency are prices in? A: Egyptian pounds (EGP), exactly as the advert states. Rent is the monthly rent. An advert with no price shown returns an empty price, never a zero.

Q: Some headlines are in Arabic. Is that a problem? A: No. Headlines are kept as written. Price, size, rooms, bathrooms, floor and finish come from typed fields, so they are filled either way. The full advert adds the seller's own description and Aqarmap's English summary.

Q: Do I get phone numbers? A: No. Aqarmap masks every number on the page, and the Actor does not collect them. The full advert names the brokerage or developer behind it so you can reach them through Aqarmap. A private owner's name is never returned.

Q: Why can't I filter by bedrooms or size? A: Aqarmap's robots.txt asks automated tools not to use those filters, so the Actor does not offer them. Max price is allowed and is applied by Aqarmap itself. Filter the rest in your spreadsheet.

Q: What is the compound field? A: Most new homes in Cairo sit inside gated compounds, and Aqarmap files them under the compound in its location tree. The Actor splits the compound and its phase out of that path.

🐛 Troubleshooting

"Aqarmap does not recognise that place"

• Aqarmap sent the search to a wider area, so nothing was collected or charged.
• Open the place on aqarmap.com.eg, check the results show only that area, and paste that address.

Fewer rows than expected

• Check the results count on aqarmap.com.eg for the same search, and raise "Properties to collect".
• Free plans are capped at 25 properties per run.

"It carries filters this actor cannot apply"

• Only a max price can travel in a pasted address. Remove the other filters (rooms, size, min price), paste it again, and filter those columns in your sheet.

Some rows have no floor or finish

• The advertiser left it blank. The Actor never fills a gap with a guess.
