🎉 Homeless.co.il Scraper — Launch!
First release. Homeless is Israel's second classifieds board, and property is its lead vertical. It runs eight separate property boards that hold different adverts rather than different views of the same ones. This Actor turns all eight into rows.
Eight boards, one run shape
🔑 Apartments to rent (דירות להשכרה) — monthly rent in shekels, rooms, floor, street and neighbourhood. About 1,500 live adverts, posted by owners.
💰 Apartments for sale (דירות למכירה) — the largest board on the site, roughly 2,900 adverts, with the full asking price.
🛏️ Roommate shares (דירות שותפים) — about 500 adverts, with the number of flatmates already in the flat on every row.
🧳 Short-term lets — a small, specific board with the stay period attached.
🤝 Three agency boards (תיווך) — the same rent, sale and commercial verticals as posted by estate agents, agency name on every row. Owner stock and agency stock never mix.
What a row carries
💰 Price as a real number, the monthly rent on the rent boards and the full asking price on the sale boards, with the text the board printed kept beside it.
🇮🇱 Hebrew exactly as Homeless printed it, with an English twin on property type, deal type and every amenity, and ISO dates next to the displayed dd/mm/yyyy.
📍 Street, house number, neighbourhood and city on every row, plus the entry date and when the seller last touched the advert.
📐 Floor area, price per square metre, the seller's own description, the amenity list, payments per year, the municipal tax figure, the contact name and every photo, on any advert you open in full.
🛡️ Israeli detail that matters: safe room (ממ"ד), parking with its type, elevator, balcony, furnished, renovated, solar water heater, window bars, pets and step-free access.

🗺️ Geography as the board itself shops — 48 areas in 13 groups, Tel Aviv split five ways plus Jaffa, and all 1,622 cities and towns. Places are picked from a list, so a Hebrew spelling the board does not know can never quietly empty a run you paid for.
🤝 Six kinds of commercial deal as their own categories: to let, for sale, transfer of an existing tenancy, purchase groups, business partnerships and receivership sales.
📄 Complete drains — a filtered board runs to its last advert. Tel Aviv rent returns 227 of a declared 227, with no duplicates.
🧾 Charged per advert returned. A search that matched nothing, and any input that could not be read, cost nothing.
🔗 Paste a board address built on the site and every filter in it is used.
