ATS Jobs Scraper: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters & Recruitee

Get every open job from any company's career page in one clean dataset, for $1 per 1,000 jobs. Paste company names or career-page links. The scraper finds which applicant tracking system (ATS) each company uses, pulls all open roles, and returns them in one normalized format: title, location, remote flag, department, salary (when posted), publish date, apply link and full description.

No login, no cookies, no proxies, no browser. It reads the same public job-board feeds that power each company's own careers page, so runs are fast, cheap and reliable.

How to use it

1. Add companies to Companies: either a career-page URL (https://jobs.lever.co/palantir) or just the slug (palantir).
2. Optionally filter by keywords, excluded keywords, locations, remote only or posted within N days.
3. Click Start, then download the results as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or pull them through the API.

Workday company names aren't unique, so always paste the Workday careers URL (the scraper reads the tenant and site from it, and returns up to 2,000 open jobs per site, which is Workday's own limit).

Tip: a career-page URL is the most precise input. With a bare slug, the scraper checks the six slug-based platforms and uses the board with the most open jobs. The run's SUMMARY record shows which platform it picked and where else the slug exists.

Every job has the same fields, whatever ATS it came from. (Workday reports the posting date only to the day.) Fields a platform doesn't publish (for example, salary on most Greenhouse boards) are null.

Pricing

$1.00 per 1,000 jobs ($0.001 per job saved). You pay only for jobs that land in your dataset. Companies that aren't found, filtered-out jobs and duplicates are free. Set Max jobs in total, or a maximum cost per run in Apify, and the scraper stops exactly at that limit.

FAQ

How do I find a company's slug? Open the company's careers page and click any job. The link shows the ATS and slug, e.g. job-boards.greenhouse.io/stripe/jobs/… or jobs.lever.co/palantir/…. Paste the whole link; the scraper extracts the slug for you.

Can it search all companies for a keyword? It searches the companies you list, so build your list once (e.g. your target accounts or a sector) and schedule the run daily. Use Posted within (days) = 1 to get only new roles.

How fresh is the data? Live. Every run reads the companies' job boards at that moment.

Is this legal? The scraper reads public job-board endpoints that the ATS vendors provide so job postings can be displayed and shared. It collects job postings, not personal data. You are responsible for how you use the data.

A company returned "not found": it may use a different ATS (iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors and others aren't supported yet), have no open roles, or use a different slug. Try pasting the exact career-page URL.

Can I run it on a schedule or from code? Yes. Use Apify Schedules, the API, the Python/JS clients, Zapier, Make, n8n, or Apify's MCP server for AI agents.
