EU TED Tenders Scraper: Contracts, Awards & Changes

Find European public procurement opportunities and contract awards using the official TED Search API. Search by keyword, buyer country, CPV code or notice type, then export notices and source links to JSON, CSV or Excel.

$4 per 1,000 delivered notices ($0.004 each). Platform usage is included. There is no start fee. Notices rejected by filters or skipped by deduplication do not generate a result charge. The live Pricing tab is authoritative.

This independent community tool uses public TED data. It is not affiliated with the European Union or the Publications Office.

What you get

  • notice title, publication number, date and notice type;
  • buyer names and countries, CPV classifications and places of performance;
  • estimated values and currencies when disclosed;
  • tender deadlines and days until the deadline when present;
  • award winners, contract values and conclusion dates when disclosed;
  • published change-notice identifiers and descriptions;
  • official TED HTML, PDF and XML links when available.

One result is one published notice. The same procedure may have multiple notices. Missing values remain empty; the Actor does not infer a winner, budget or deadline.

Common workflows

  • Find public tender opportunities for a supplier by country and CPV classification.
  • Research which public buyers purchase a category of goods or services.
  • Export award notices with disclosed winners and contract values.

Example procurement notice

A field subset from a validated run on October 2, 2026. Source records can change; run the Actor for current data.

Start with German tender opportunities

{
"keywords": "",
"countries": ["DEU"],
"noticeTypes": ["cn-standard"],
"scope": "ALL",
"lookbackDays": 30,
"maxNoticesScanned": 100,
"onlyNew": false,
"maxItems": 25
}

Use can-standard for standard contract-award notices. Country filters refer to the buyer's country. Codes use ISO alpha-3 values such as DEU, FRA or NLD.

Filters and repeated calls

minimumEstimatedValue excludes notices without a disclosed estimate when greater than zero. It compares the reported numeric amount and does not convert currencies. Check estimatedValueCurrency before comparing different markets.

Set onlyNew to true and keep the same stateKey to skip publication numbers already delivered. Published change notices can have a new publication number and are delivered as separate source notices. The tool does not infer changes between every pair of notices. resetState replays matching notices, including result charges.

expertQuery accepts a complete TED expert query and replaces the friendly keyword, country, CPV, notice-type and lookback filters. maxNoticesScanned bounds retrieval before value filtering.

API example

curl -X POST \
'https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/signalfoundryhq~eu-ted-tender-radar/run-sync-get-dataset-items?format=json&maxTotalChargeUsd=0.10' \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $APIFY_TOKEN" \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"keywords":"","countries":["DEU"],"noticeTypes":["cn-standard"],"scope":"ALL","lookbackDays":30,"maxNoticesScanned":100,"onlyNew":false,"maxItems":25}'

The spending limit and maxItems both bound delivery. A run stops when it cannot afford another result.
