Tips for Best Results

• Start with one market and a small limit. Run markets: ["AUS"] with maxResults: 50 to check the shape of the data, then scale to states or a national pull.
• Use states instead of listing metros by hand. Texas expands to 8 markets and roughly 2,666 homes in one run — far easier than remembering that Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Temple, and the Hill Country are all separate markets.
• A "Future release" build stage returns floor plans, not homes. A model that hasn't been built yet has no house behind it, so pairing that stage with "Homes for sale" gives zero rows. Switch "What to collect" to Floor plans instead.
• Read hoaFee together with hoaFeeIsMonthly. The same number can mean $600 a month or $600 a year — the flag is what tells them apart, and comparing fees without it will skew every carrying-cost model you build.
• Masterplan rows don't carry HOA, tax, schools, or office hours. Those belong to the collections inside them and arrive under collections[] on the masterplan row, or on the individual collection rows in the same run.
• Pick amenities one at a time. Available amenities differ by market, so selecting five at once often returns nothing. Add them one by one and watch the count.
• Turn details off when you only need pricing and inventory. You get a leaner 46-field home row instead of 72, which keeps big multi-state pulls tidy in a spreadsheet.
