Track UK public procurement notices in a clean dataset. Search the official Contracts Finder OCDS feed by publication date, then narrow results by tender wording or buyer. Each saved row links back to its notice and exact OCDS release, so bid teams can review a current opportunity or trace a published amendment.

Additional dataset columns include notice ID, original tender publication date, description, tender status, CPV description, and published delivery locations. Unavailable source fields are omitted; no deadline, value, currency, location, or requirement is inferred.

Inputs

Field	Use
dateFrom, dateTo	Inclusive publication or update dates, YYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to the last seven days through today. Maximum span: 32 days.
keyword	Optional case-insensitive phrase in title, description, or CPV description.
buyerFilter	Optional case-insensitive phrase in the buyer name.
includeAmendments	Default true: keep each distinct release, including tender amendments and award updates. false: skip tagged amendments/updates and keep the first other release per procurement found in this run.
maxNotices	Maximum saved rows, 1–1,000; default 10.

Keyword and buyer filters are applied to releases retrieved from the official feed. Broad date ranges and selective filters can reach the 30-page request limit before finding maxNotices matches. The OUTPUT record reports fetched, saved, skipped, pages, the limit reason, and any source error so you can see whether a result is partial. A source rate limit or unavailable page can also yield partial results.

Coverage and billing

This Actor covers public UK Contracts Finder OCDS releases in the selected publication or update window: planning, tender, award, and related update stages published by that source. It does not fetch gated tender documents, create bidder accounts, interpret eligibility, contact buyers, or cover every UK procurement portal. Amendments are separate releases when the source publishes them; a notice page may contain further details that are outside the dataset.

With pay-per-result pricing, the unit is one saved release row. Skipped releases, source errors, and the OUTPUT summary are not result rows. A repeated run may return the same release and bill it again. The run stops at the requested row cap or an enforced spending limit; check OUTPUT for the actual saved count.
