Tracks Ofgem's public GB REMIT registration database using the published registration code as identity. Live runs acquire the complete XLSX, validate the worksheet, required columns, row count and unique non-blank codes, compare a persistent full snapshot, write Dataset signals and OUTPUT, and commit the snapshot last.
The first valid live run is a zero-signal baseline. A participant must be absent from two consecutive clean snapshots before MARKET_PARTICIPANT_NO_LONGER_LISTED; absence is not described as revocation or closure. One participant produces at most one signal per run, and maxItems limits Dataset output only.
Sample mode is deterministic, makes zero official HTTP requests, never opens the production KVS, and emits a non-empty Dataset through the production normalize, diff and filter logic.
Signals: MARKET_PARTICIPANT_ADDED, PARTICIPANT_NAME_CHANGED, REGISTRATION_DETAILS_CHANGED, MARKET_PARTICIPANT_NO_LONGER_LISTED.
