What does InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector Scraper do?

It returns InterNACHI certified home inspectors from the public member directory at nachi.org. Search by zip code or city, or browse a whole US state, and optionally require services such as Radon, Thermal Imaging or Pre-Listing. Each record has the inspector name, company, phone numbers, website, city and state, InterNACHI ID, additional services and certification programs. Filters keep runs small, and pricing is per result.

Data source

The Actor reads the public InterNACHI "Find a Certified Inspector" listing pages and individual inspector profile pages at nachi.org, live at run time. The directory lists more than 27,000 inspectors.

Why use it?

• Build local lead lists of home inspectors for software, insurance, warranty, lending, radon or mold testing partnerships.
• Map competitor or referral partner coverage by zip code, city or state.
• Find inspectors who offer a specific service (radon, drone, thermal imaging, well inspections, languages spoken).
• Replace manual searching of the directory one zip code at a time.

How to use it

1. Open the Actor and enter one or more zip codes or cities, or pick states.
2. Click Start. Download results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the API.
3. Add a Schedule and an Integration (Slack, Google Sheets, webhook) to get new records automatically.

Input

Field	Description
locations	Zip or postal codes, or city names. Inspectors servicing each location are returned, nearest first. Default run uses 10001.
states	US states (code or full name) to browse every listed inspector in the state.
services	Only return inspectors offering these additional services.
includeDetails	Open each profile for website, all phones, city, state, InterNACHI ID, services and certifications. On by default. Turn off for a faster run.
maxResults	Hard stop for the run. You are billed per result, so this caps the cost.
proxyConfiguration	Apify proxy is recommended for larger runs.

Pricing

Pay per event: a small fee when a run starts, then a fixed price per result returned. You only pay for records that pass your filters. Set maxResults to cap any run.

Limitations

• InterNACHI does not publish inspector email addresses (contact is through a form), so none are returned.
• Location searches return inspectors within the site's search radius, so a small town may return fewer than 100 records.
• Some profiles omit a website, company or designation, so those fields can be null.
• With includeDetails off, city, state, website, services and certifications are empty.
• State browsing covers US states only. Use locations for Canadian and other countries.

FAQ

Is this legal? The Actor reads listings the site publishes for any visitor without a login and stores only business information published for that purpose. You are responsible for how you use the data.
