Estonian Company Register with Financials

Search and export every Estonian company from the official e-Business Register (Äriregister) open data, with each company's latest annual report figures: revenue, profit, assets, equity, cash, liabilities, labour cost, employees, and main EMTAK activity code. About 345,000 legal entities: OÜ, AS, partnerships, commercial associations, non-profits, foundations, apartment associations, and branches of foreign companies. Built for lead generation, credit and supplier checks, market sizing, M&A screening, and AI agents that need Estonian company facts in one clean JSON record.

What you get

For every company: registry code, name, legal form (with an English translation), VAT number, register status, first registration date, full normalised address with county, municipality, and settlement, and a link to the official register page. With Add latest annual report on (default), each record also carries the latest submitted annual report: year, period, submission date, size category, audit flag, the key figures, and the main EMTAK activity code.

Filters

• Registry codes: look up specific companies.
• Name contains, Legal forms, Statuses (registered, in liquidation, in bankruptcy).
• Counties, City or municipality contains, Postcode prefix.
• Registered on or after / before: run daily to catch new companies.
• VAT registered only.
• EMTAK activity codes: prefixes such as 62 (IT), 4120 (construction), 5610 (restaurants).
• Minimum / maximum revenue and Minimum employees, from the latest annual report.

Pricing

Pay per event: one company event per record saved. Downloading and scanning the register costs you nothing. Set a maximum total charge and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.

Data, licence, and privacy

Data comes from the open data files of the Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK), published under CC BY 4.0 and refreshed daily (annual report files monthly). If you republish it, credit "Source: Estonian e-Business Register, RIK". Each run downloads the current files.

Sole proprietors (FIE) are always left out, because their entity name is a person's name. The Actor never uses the files listing people (board members, shareholders, beneficial owners). If you combine this data with personal data, GDPR applies to you as the re-user, as RIK's terms point out.
