Data license & GDPR

  • Source: official French company search API (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr), SIRENE / RNE open data under Licence Ouverte (Etalab). Source cited in every row.
  • No persistent database is built: each run only returns what you asked for.
  • Not a tool for prospecting individuals; only legal-entity data is returned.

Limits

The legal size category for the reform is computed from headcount, turnover and balance sheet, and only VAT-registered businesses are concerned. The INSEE category published in SIRENE can differ. Results are indicative: check with your accountant.

Rules: article 289 bis of the French Tax Code (CGI) as amended by the 2024 Finance Law.
