Event Scraper — Eventbrite, Luma & Meetup

Scrape events with organiser, venue, dates and ticket pricing from the three platforms most professional events run on.

Events are pure lead generation: the attendee-facing page lists who is speaking, who is sponsoring and who is organising — exactly the people a BD or sponsorship team wants to reach. luma has roughly 3 competing Actors on Apify, so this is close to an empty niche.

What you get per event

name · description · url · startsAt / endsAt · timezone · isOnline · venue · address · city · region · country · organizer · performers[] · price / currency / isFree · ticketUrl · image · status · platform

Input

{
"urls": ["https://www.eventbrite.com/d/online/all-events/"],
"keywords": ["ai", "startup"],
"city": "london",
"since": "2026-09-01",
"freeOnly": false
}

Both single event pages and listing/search pages work.

Filtering

keywords / excludeKeywords (name and description) · city · since / until (ISO dates) · onlineOnly · freeOnly · maxEventsPerUrl.

How it works, and its honest limit

Events are read from schema.org JSON-LD embedded in the page, which Eventbrite, Luma and Meetup all publish. That means no headless browser, no API key, and no anti-bot to fight.

The limit: some search and discovery pages build their result list in JavaScript, so their JSON-LD contains no events. When that happens you get a clear error explaining it — never an empty list dressed up as a successful run. Individual event pages and most listing pages work fine.

Typical uses

Sponsorship and BD teams building target lists · community managers tracking what is happening in a city or topic · competitor monitoring for who is speaking where · conference and meetup directories · recruiters finding domain gatherings.
