Do I need a DART / OpenDART API key? No. The Actor reads DART's public disclosure search list (the same list you see on dart.fss.or.kr). It does not open or download report documents.

How fresh is the data? Live – each run queries DART directly. Schedule it every 10–60 minutes for near-real-time alerts.

Can I get financial statements? This Actor focuses on the filing list. Use the corpCode / receiptNo with the official OpenDART API for financial data.

Why 0 results for a company? Use the exact registered name (삼성전자, not 삼성), a 6-digit stock code, or the 8-digit DART corp code.

• 출처 / Source: 금융감독원 전자공시시스템(DART), https://dart.fss.or.kr. Disclosure documents are filed by the companies under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act and published by the FSS for public use. OpenDART terms (제16조④) defer to the Copyright Act and the Public Data Act, which guarantees commercial reuse of public data.
• Only the public list page is requested, at a polite rate; paths disallowed by DART's robots.txt (report viewer/downloads) are not crawled – reports are linked, not copied.
• The filer name (제출인) is off by default (includeFilerName: false) because for ownership reports it can be an individual. Turn it on only if you need it, and use the data in line with applicable law.
