Calls https://hn.algolia.com/api/v1/search or /search_by_date with query/tags filters.
Optionally fetches https://hn.algolia.com/api/v1/items/:id.
Sends User-Agent: tidydata69-hacker-news-algolia-search (Apify Actor).
Writes one dataset row per item (deduped by objectID).
