Get Moldova public procurement tenders from the official MTender platform (mtender.gov.md) as clean JSON: what is being bought, who is buying, estimated value, CPV category, and every bidder (winners and losers) with their IDNO. The Actor calls MTender's public OCDS API directly, so there is no browser and no blocking: runs are fast and the data is as fresh as the portal.

What does Moldova Public Procurement Tenders Scraper do?

It fetches tenders published in a date window from the MTender OCDS API and returns one record per tender, with flat summary fields for quick use plus the full official OCDS release for deeper analysis. Each record includes the contracting authority (with IDNO), the CPV category, the award decisions and all companies that took part in the tender.

FAQ

How fresh is the data?

The Actor reads MTender's public OCDS API, which publishes procurement data in near real time. Schedule a daily run with daysBack: 1 for monitoring.

Does it include losing bidders?

Yes. suppliers lists every company that participated, and awards lists the companies that received an award decision.

Why are some award fields empty?

Not every tender reaches an award during the fetch window. If a tender is still open, award fields stay empty.

Can a tender have several awards?

Yes. A tender can have several award decisions (one per lot), and awards lists them all.

Can I filter by CPV code or buyer?

The Actor fetches by date window. Filter the dataset after the run by cpvCode, buyerIdno or any other field.

Something looks wrong or you need another field?

Open an issue from the Actor's Issues tab and describe the case.
