Upload text file URLs

I've been testing this to scrape locations via URL.
When using the singular 'add url' function and pasting these in one at a time they work fine, but when I try a bulk upload via a TXT file they error out. Is there a special format for the bulk TXT file? (I've tried the TXT file with the 'URL' title at the top and without it, but either way it errors)
