Sources and licences

GDELT Project DOC 2.0 API (free and open; please cite "The GDELT Project"). RSS feeds belong to their publishers: only headlines, short summaries and links are returned.

Notes

GDELT allows about one query every 5 seconds per IP and often throttles shared cloud IPs; when it does, results come from the publisher feeds and a warning is shown. Pick feed sets with categories, GDELT is off by default for speed.
