- Monitor runs now publish replayable, complete site batches to a run-specific changes dataset. Synchronization event rows use schema version 2 and stable
eventId and batchId fields.
- The first complete successful monitor run emits explicitly labelled
URL_BASELINE records, including when outputMode is changesOnly.
CHANGE_BATCHES is the completion ledger. Consumers must filter feed rows by its batch IDs and deduplicate repeated delivery by event ID.
- Pending and confirmed sitemap removals remain review events. No downstream document is automatically deleted.
- Valid empty sitemap trees can establish or advance an empty baseline; partial and failed traversals preserve prior state and removal counters.
- Existing monitor data and legacy removal shards migrate on the next complete successful commit. Unchanged URL shards can be referenced by a newer manifest generation.
- Added a runnable SQLite consumer, deterministic diff benchmark, and documentation for dataset retention and sitemap declaration limits.
This release does not provide content-change detection, exactly-once delivery, acknowledgments, atomic distributed locking, or a demonstrated five-million URL capacity guarantee.
