Hi, the Actor vivid-softwares/openrent-scraper has wasted all my trial credit as it hasn't worked and I would like a refund of my credits. How can i get a refund so i can try out other actors please?

From the logs you provided, I can confirm that the Actor worked as expected. It began enqueuing and processing your requested URLs correctly. However, it looks like your run attempted to process over 10,000 listings in a single go. This will quickly consume your entire Apify free trial credit (which provides about $5 worth of usage).
⚠️ Why Your Credits Were Used Up So Quickly Processing such a high number of listings (10k+) requires hundreds of scroll actions and data extraction steps, which can drain credits rapidly—even before exporting any results.
The free trial is best suited for smaller runs. We recommend scraping no more than ~1,000 listings per run on the free plan.
The Actor does support deduplication, so if you break your jobs into batches (e.g., by postcode, borough, or price range), you won’t be charged twice for scraping the same listing.
