| Review One review of the business, from any of the six sources, normalised into one schema: the review text, a rating always rescaled to 1-5, the review's own permalink and stable id, the reviewer's display name, profile link, home location and lifetime review count, the publication date as an exact ISO timestamp plus the source's own raw label, the language the review was written in, helpful-vote count, the owner's public reply, and for travel reviews the date of the stay or visit and the trip type. Deduplicated on the source's own review id, so a review reached through two targets, or seen again on a scheduled re-run, is charged once - a daily monitoring schedule pays only for what is new. Business profile rows are a separate event; the per-source coverage report, every error row and the run summary are free, and there is no run-start fee. | | |
| Business page checked, nothing new billed One business on one source whose page was actually read but that billed no review and no profile: a scheduled re-run where every review was already paid for, or a business whose reviews were all removed by your filters. Charged once per business per source per run, never on a page that billed a review or a profile, and never on a page that failed to load, was unreachable or returned an error - those stay free. This is what keeps a monitoring schedule honest: a quiet day costs one check per business instead of nothing, and a busy day is billed by review as before. | | |
