TED Procurement Intelligence Normalizer

Live EU public-procurement intelligence from the official TED Search API v3. This Actor sanitizes multilingual and inconsistent TED notice fields into stable, deduplicated records for tender monitoring, supplier research and procurement analytics.

Why use it?

  • No API key or registration required for TED's published-notice search.
  • Cleans buyer names and multilingual values.
  • Deduplicates notices by publication or procedure identifier.
  • Returns buyer, country, CPV, deadline, estimated value and source metadata.
  • Human-readable summary is also saved in the Output key-value record.

Inputs

FieldTypeDescription
querystringTED expert query, e.g. publication-date >= 20260801
maxResultsintegerMaximum notices, 1–250 (default 20)

Example input

Example output

{"publicationNumber":"556964-2026","publicationDate":"2026-08-12","buyerNormalized":"Example Public Authority","buyerCountry":"DE","deadline":"2026-09-30","estimatedValue":"250000 EUR","cpv":"72000000","source":"TED Search API v3"}

Use cases

  • Tender and RFP monitoring for suppliers and consultancies.
  • Procurement market sizing and buyer discovery.
  • Public-sector transparency and research.
  • Daily scheduled feeds into CRM, spreadsheets or data warehouses.

Data source

Data is fetched live from the TED Search API v3, operated by the Publications Office of the European Union. TED published notices are open for analysis and reuse. Always verify deadlines and legal details against the official notice.

Pricing

Pay per result. The Actor is designed as a value-add normalizer rather than a raw API proxy.
