• Countries match the buyer or the place of performance.

FAQ

Is it legal? Yes – TED data is published by the EU Publications Office as open data, free to reuse (Commission Decision 2011/833/EU). Each record links to the official notice. How fresh? TED publishes every working day; the Actor queries TED live. National-only tenders below EU thresholds? Those are on national portals and are not in TED.
