ScreenSeal checks a person or organization name (with optional date of birth and nationality) against the current OFAC SDN, OFAC Consolidated Non-SDN, and EU financial sanctions datasets, synced from their official publication endpoints. It returns potential matches with confidence scores, the exact list versions, source URLs and SHA-256 digests screened, and an EIP-712 attestation sealing the precise response issued.
Input a single name or a batch via names (strings or {name, dob, nationality} objects); optional dob/nationality apply to all names; maxItems caps the run at 100 items. Results are pushed to the default dataset — one item per screened name with the full screening result.
Informational screening signal only — not a legal determination, sanctions certification, compliance clearance, or legal advice. Fuzzy name matching returns potential matches with confidence scores, not identifications. Coverage is limited to the listed sources as of their last sync. Independently verify any match before acting.
