TikTok User Profile Scraper
Retrieve public TikTok profile data as structured JSON without a third-party API key. Start with one username:
{"tiktokUsernames": ["tiktok"]}
You can provide up to 100 usernames. Handles may include @; whitespace is trimmed and duplicate casing is requested once. Provide usernames, rather than profile URLs. The Actor reads data embedded in public profile pages and verifies that the returned identity matches the requested handle. TikTok may restrict access or omit fields.
Output
Successful profiles enter the default dataset, with nested user and stats objects plus username, profileUrl, success and scrapedAt. Available fields include user ID, username, display name, bio, verification/privacy status, avatar URL, account creation timestamp, region, bio link, follower/following counts, hearts, video count, digg count and friend count. Missing fields are omitted. Avatar fields preserve the existing output interface and may contain the same source URL; separate image resolutions are not guaranteed.
user.createTime remains a numeric Unix timestamp in seconds. For example, 1425144149 is 2015-02-28. Dataset views label this value Created (Unix seconds). scrapedAt is an ISO timestamp. Overview, Detailed Stats and Profile Info views provide different subsets of the same data.
Failed usernames enter the separate sourceResults dataset with diagnostics and do not produce successful default results. A run where every attempted username fails is marked FAILED after diagnostics are saved. RUN_SUMMARY records requested, successful, failed, and skipped-at-spending-limit counts. An insufficient result budget skips work without presenting it as a source failure.
Requests, limits and billing
Up to three profile requests run concurrently, each with a 20-second timeout. Affordable result slots are reserved before requests, and failed requests release their slots. The Actor does not automatically retry profile requests or bypass login, privacy, or access controls.
Current charges are shown on the Actor's Pricing tab: an Actor Start event and a result event for each successful default-dataset profile. Failed usernames do not generate result events; the start fee can still apply when all requests fail. A spending limit must cover the start fee and any desired results. Pricing and verified current resource defaults should be checked before large batches; the examples do not promise earnings or fixed run costs.
Troubleshooting
Start with tiktok to check public-page reachability. Check spelling and inspect sourceResults if a handle produces no parseable matching identity. Retry transient network or HTTP failures later. Fields and source availability can change; profile data is a public snapshot rather than proof of ownership or a guarantee of future availability.
