Extract UK property listings from any Rightmove search — price, address, bedrooms, and type — plus per-property detail with the listing history and the selling agent's phone and contact. Great for lead generation and market research. For sale or to rent. No account or login required.

Rightmove only serves real data to UK visitors. Leave the proxy on Residential, country United Kingdom (this is the default) — otherwise the site returns no data. This one setting is already filled in for you; just press Run.

How it works

1. Pick a mode — search (list every property behind a search URL) or detail (full record for specific properties).
2. Paste your Rightmove search URLs, or the property URLs / IDs you want detail for.
3. Keep the proxy on Residential + United Kingdom (default).
4. Run it. The actor collects each property, flattens the key lead fields (agent name, phone, URL) to the top level, and pushes one record per property.

You do not manage any scrapers, browsers, or blocks — the actor handles that automatically and returns clean records.

Notes & limits

• Proxy is mandatory: Residential + United Kingdom (GB). This is the default — do not switch it off.
• Search cap: Rightmove only lets you browse ~1000 results per search. For larger areas, split into several narrower searches (by postcode, price band, or property type).
• priceHistory is populated only when Rightmove exposes recorded price changes for a listing; the listingHistory / addedOrReduced fields always carry the latest "Added / Reduced on" signal.
