ATS Jobs Scraper: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee & SmartRecruiters
Get every open job of any company straight from its applicant tracking system (ATS), in one unified format, whatever platform the company uses. Type company names or domains, or paste a careers-page URL. The Actor reads the company's own public job board (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee or SmartRecruiters) and returns all its jobs with title, department, locations, remote/hybrid/on-site, employment type, posting date, salary (when published), job URL, apply URL and the full description.
- $1 per 1,000 jobs. Companies without a public job board, blocked boards and jobs removed by your filters are free.
- Workday included: paste any
*.myworkdayjobs.comcareers URL (Nvidia, Salesforce, Adobe and thousands of large employers) and get exact posting dates, all locations and full descriptions. Repeated pages are detected, so you are never charged twice for the same job. - No guessing which ATS a company uses:
Stripe,notion.soorHugging Facejust work. Careers-page URLs work too. - Fresh data from the source: these are the public job-board feeds the companies publish for their own career sites, not stale aggregator copies.
- Filters for title keywords, location, remote, department and posting date. Thousands of jobs per run: about 6,000 jobs with full descriptions in 5 minutes in our tests.
Use cases
- Recruiting and sourcing: track openings at target companies and spot hiring signals.
- Sales intelligence: companies hiring for a role are buying signals. "Hiring 5 data engineers" means a data-stack budget.
- Job boards and newsletters: feed niche job boards (remote, AI, Web3, climate…) with fresh jobs every day.
- Market research: compare hiring velocity, locations and salaries across competitors.
- Personal job search: get every new matching job from your dream companies, every morning, with a scheduled run.
How to use it
- In Companies, list company names, domains or careers URLs, one per line:
- Names:
Stripe,Hugging Face,openai - Domains:
notion.so - Workday careers URLs:
https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite(Workday has no global directory, so Workday companies need their careers URL) - Careers URLs:
https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb,https://jobs.lever.co/spotify,https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai,https://apply.workable.com/huggingface,https://bunq.recruitee.com,https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup - Force a platform:
lever:spotify,greenhouse:stripe
- Names:
- Optionally filter by title keywords, excluded words, location, remote only, department and posted within N days.
- Click Start. Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or use the API. Schedule it daily and set Posted within the last 1 day to get only new jobs.
Input example
{"companies": ["Stripe", "notion.so", "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify"],"titleKeywords": ["engineer", "data"],"locations": ["London", "remote"],"postedWithinDays": 30}
Output example (one item per job)
{"status": "ok","input": "notion.so","ats": "ashby","companySlug": "notion","company": "notion","jobId": "4b0c…","title": "Security Engineer, Detection and Response","department": "Engineering","team": "Security","locations": ["San Francisco, California", "New York, New York"],"country": "United States","workplaceType": "hybrid","employmentType": "FullTime","postedAt": "2026-09-28T16:20:26+00:00","salaryText": "$180K – $280K","url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion/…","applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion/…/application","descriptionText": "About the role …","scrapedAt": "2026-10-31T11:00:00+00:00"}
Field notes:
workplaceTypeisremote,hybrid,onsiteor null when the company does not say.- Salary comes as
salaryMin/salaryMax/salaryCurrency/salaryPeriod(Lever, Recruitee) or assalaryText(Ashby), only when the company publishes it. matchedByisurlwhen you gave a careers URL orats:id, andnamewhen the board was found from a name or domain. For names, every platform is checked and the board with the most jobs wins. Any other boards found are listed inotherBoardsFoundso you can double-check.- Companies that could not be found return a free item with
status: "not_found". Boards that refuse anonymous access return a free item withstatus: "blocked"; the Actor never works around access controls. - Workday:
postedAtis the exact date from the job page when descriptions are on; with descriptions off it is derived from "Posted N days ago" andpostedAtApproximateistrue. Workday's public API lists at most 2,000 jobs per careers site; for larger employers, add title or location filters (the run log tells you when the limit was hit).
Pricing
Pay per event: $0.001 per job returned ($1 per 1,000). No start fee. Companies not found and jobs dropped by your filters are not charged. Apify's free plan includes monthly credit, enough for thousands of jobs. You can set a maximum cost per run, and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.

FAQ
How does it find the ATS from a company name? It tries the company's public job board on each supported platform, using the name or domain as the board identifier. If a company uses an unusual identifier, paste its careers-page URL or use the ats:identifier form.
Is this allowed? Yes. These public job-board APIs exist so that companies' jobs can be shown on other sites, and they don't require any login. The Actor makes only a few requests per company and respects rate limits.
Something missing? Open an issue with the company name and its careers page. Adding companies and platforms is quick.
