Fashion Nova Scraper: Products, Prices, Reviews & Stock
Fashion Nova Scraper turns Fashion Nova into a clean product API. Search the catalog by keyword, walk whole collections, or paste product links, and get structured rows with prices and was-prices, colors and full size tables with per-size stock, image galleries, variants, customer reviews with star breakdowns, and availability - then export to JSON, CSV or Excel, or pull the results straight into your app through the API.
Why This Scraper?
- Three ways in. Keyword search, collection walks, and pasted product, collection or search links - each becomes the same rich record.
- Full price picture. Current price, was-price, discount percent, sale flags and currency on every row, plus per-variant prices.
- Real stock signals. Per-size availability tables, not just an in-stock boolean, so monitoring actually means something.
- Reviews included. Star summary, per-star counts, fit signal and up to 20 customer reviews per product; each record with reviews bills one review unit.
- Built for schedules. Incremental mode returns only new and changed records on recurring runs, and a refused run fails loudly instead of returning an empty dataset.
Use Cases
- Who: price-monitoring teams - track Fashion Nova prices, markdowns and sell-outs across the catalog on a schedule.
- Who: fashion resellers and affiliates - pull titles, galleries, variants and availability into your own storefront or feed.
- Who: review researchers - collect star distributions and review text per product for sentiment and sizing analysis.

How to Use
- Pick a mode: search for keyword searches and collection walks, or url for pasted product, collection or search links.
- In search mode, add search terms or collection handles and narrow with the filters: sort order, price bounds, sale-only, or in-stock-only.
- Set Max items for the run cap (20 by default) and keep Fetch customer reviews on for ratings, review text and variants.
- Run the actor and export the dataset, or select an MCP connector to send records into your apps.
Search the catalog:
{"mode": "search", "searchTerms": ["dress"], "maxItems": 20, "fetchDetails": true}
Walk a collection:
{"mode": "search", "collections": ["dresses"], "maxItems": 20, "sortBy": "price-asc"}
Scrape pasted links:
{"mode": "url", "urls": ["https://www.fashionnova.com/products/sweetest-heart-embellished-midi-dress?color=black", "https://www.fashionnova.com/collections/dresses"], "maxItems": 10}
Watch prices on a schedule:
{"mode": "search", "searchTerms": ["dress"], "incrementalMode": true, "stateKey": "dress-watch", "maxItems": 0}
Run it from your code
Run it from Python:
from apify_client import ApifyClientclient = ApifyClient("YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN")run = client.actor("abotapi/fashionnova-com-scraper").call(run_input={"mode": "search","searchTerms": ["dress"],"maxItems": 20,"fetchDetails": True,})items = client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).list_items().items
Run it from JavaScript:
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';const client = new ApifyClient({ token: 'YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN' });const run = await client.actor('abotapi/fashionnova-com-scraper').call({mode: 'search', searchTerms: ['dress'], maxItems: 20, fetchDetails: true,});const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
Tips
- Reviews cost one unit per record that has them: a product with 3 or 30 delivered reviews bills the same single review unit;
maxReviews: 0skips review reads entirely. - Sale tracking wants
onSaleOnlyplus incremental mode: first run returns everything as NEW, later runs return only price moves and new arrivals.
Send results into your apps (MCP connectors)
Optionally send records into the apps you already use through MCP connectors: set MCP connectors (for example a Notion database) and cap the export with Max items to export per connector. The export is a gated side channel: it never changes the dataset.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
mcpConnectors | Connector ids to export to (empty = no export). |
notionParentPageUrl | URL or id of the Notion parent page (required for the Notion connector). |
maxNotifyListings | Cap on records written to each connector per run. |
Input Parameters
| Parameter | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
mode | string | search | How to start the scrape: keyword/collection search or pasted links. |
searchTerms | array | - | Keywords, for example 'dresses', 'jeans', 'swimsuit'. |
collections | array | - | Collection handles, for example 'new' (New Arrivals), 'sale', 'dresses'. |
urls | array | - | Pasted product, collection or search links; every link shape the store uses is accepted. |
sortBy | string | relevance | Ordering for searches and collection walks. |
minPrice | number | - | Keep only rows whose price is at least this amount. Applied to the current price. |
maxPrice | number | - | Keep only rows whose price is at most this amount. Applied to the current price. |
onSaleOnly | boolean | false | Only products marked down below the store's own was-price. |
availableOnly | boolean | false | Only products the store marks in stock. |
fetchDetails | boolean | true | Read each product's reviews, variants and detail fields. |
maxReviews | integer | 20 | Cap on customer reviews carried per product. Set 0 to skip review reads. |
maxItems | integer | 20 | The single cap on the run: stop after this many records. |
maxPages | integer | 0 | Safety bound on pages walked per source. Leave empty (0) for no page cap. |
proxy | object | shared datacenter | Leave the default for the cheapest run. Use residential if runs fail. |
resumeFromRunId | string | - | Paste a previous run ID or dataset ID to continue a large crawl without returning or charging for records already collected there. |
incrementalMode | boolean | false | Track changes across scheduled runs; suppress and never bill unchanged products. |
stateKey | string | - | Optional name for the incremental baseline. |
emitUnchanged | boolean | false | Also return unchanged records, marked and billed. |
emitExpired | boolean | false | Also return disappeared records, marked and billed. |
ignoreFieldsForChanges | array | - | Extra top-level fields excluded from change detection. |
mcpConnectors | array | - | Connector ids to export to (empty = no export). |
notionParentPageUrl | string | - | URL or id of the Notion parent page (required for the Notion connector). |
maxNotifyListings | integer | 50 | Cap on records written to each connector per run. |
Output Example
Sample shape: one row per product colorway, from a live record.
Live record: Sweetest Heart Embellished Midi Dress
{"productId": "6538671390844","title": "Sweetest Heart Embellished Midi Dress - Black","brand": "Fashion Nova","price": 54.99,"currency": "USD","url": "https://www.fashionnova.com/products/sweetest-heart-embellished-midi-dress?color=black","availableForSale": true,"color": "black","reviewCount": 526,"category": "Dresses"}
Plan Requirement
This actor runs on any Apify plan. The default shared connection keeps costs low; if runs fail with connection errors, switch the proxy group to residential and try again.
FAQ
How much does it cost?
The actor is pay per event: a start fee per run, a per-record fee for every product returned, a detail surcharge when customer reviews are read (on by default), and one review unit for each record that has reviews. Exact prices are on the actor's Pricing tab. Max items is the cost lever: a run's record count is bounded by it.
Is it legal to scrape Fashion Nova?
The actor reads the store's public catalog surfaces: the same search, collection and product data any visitor sees without an account. It does not access accounts, wishlists or checkout. You are responsible for using the data in line with the site's terms of use, privacy law such as GDPR or CCPA, and applicable regulations; personal data of identifiable individuals requires a lawful basis.
Can I get only new or changed items on a schedule?
Yes. Turn on Incremental mode and schedule the actor. The first run returns everything matching as NEW; later runs return only NEW and UPDATED records. Price moves, sell-outs and restocks all count as changes. Use State key to keep a monitoring campaign stable, and Emit unchanged or Emit expired only if you also want those rows (they return and bill extra rows).
Why did a run return fewer results than the site shows?
The run stops at Max items, which defaults to 20. Raise it, set it to 0, or narrow the filters to get a fuller slice.
Why did my run fail instead of returning an empty dataset?
A run that never got a single readable answer fails loudly with a connection message instead of reporting an empty catalog: an empty dataset always means the search genuinely matched nothing. A run that reads some pages but is refused others still succeeds and names the refused count with a Partial results status.
Can I use it with AI agents or MCP?
Yes. Every record is plain JSON over the dataset API, and the MCP connector export sends rows straight into tools like Notion. Point an agent at the dataset items endpoint with the input above.
