Next.co.uk Scraper
Scrape Next.co.uk — one of the UK's largest fashion and homeware retailers: keyword search, category/product-listing walks, and full product details (price, was-price, size range, stock markers, composition, all images).
Modes
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| Keyword search | The site's own search (/search?w=<q>), paginated. |
| Links | Paste any mix: category/product-listing links are walked with pagination; /style/... links and bare product IDs (e.g. Y76826) return full product detail. |
What you get
One row per product: title, URL, price and was-price (GBP), price range (for multi-price products), size chips, stock markers, composition, and image URLs.
Open each product for full detail (default on) reads every listing card's product page for sizes, stock, composition and the full image set — each opened product carries a small per-item surcharge. Off returns listing rows only, faster and cheaper.
Reliability notes
The site's edge refuses ordinary connections in waves on its listing routes. The actor retries across fresh exits and automatically falls back to a backup connection (included at no extra charge) when the primary proves unable; it never re-routes runs that bring their own proxy (proxyUrls). Set NEXT_ALTERNATE_CONNECTION=0 to disable the backup connection. When every request is refused the run fails loudly instead of returning an empty dataset.
Monitoring (incremental mode)
Turn on Incremental changes for scheduled runs for daily monitoring: first run returns every product as NEW; later runs return NEW and UPDATED only (price, sizes or stock changed). Products carry changeType, firstSeenAt, lastSeenAt.
Pricing
Pay per event: charged per product record returned, plus a small surcharge per product opened for full detail. No charge for empty pages or refused requests.
