issue with an actor i rented

hi there! i tried to run an actor "doctolib" but i only get errors when running the actor. i would like therefore a refund, as you can see i got no output from the actor. thanks a lot

I am very sorry that doctolib Actor didn’t fulfill your request. I see two paths to be walked :
- please let me know what didn’t work so that I can fix the Actor, and make sure further run are successful. Provide me the INPUT if you can, in order for me to reproduce it.
- the refund is to be seen with Apify. I have no control on this matter. I am sure if you ask the support they will do it.
