Italian Public Tenders Monitor (ANAC) 🇮🇹

Monitor Italian public procurement tenders — bandi di gara e appalti pubblici — straight from the official ANAC national database (Banca Dati Nazionale dei Contratti Pubblici). Set your filters once, schedule a daily run, and get only the NEW tenders that match your business: no duplicates, no noise.

What it does

• 🔎 Scans all Italian public tenders published on the official ANAC legal publicity platform (pubblicitalegale.anticorruzione.it) — the single national source where, by law (D.Lgs 36/2023), every Italian public contract notice must be published since 2024. Above and below EU threshold, all regions, all contracting authorities.
• 🎯 Filters by CPV code (or prefix, e.g. 72 for IT services, 45 for construction), keywords, region, contract nature (works / services / supplies) and estimated value range.
• 🆕 Remembers what it already delivered and outputs only new tenders on every run — built for daily monitoring, not bulk dumps.
• 📦 Returns clean, flat JSON records: CIG, title, description, CPV code + official description, estimated value, contracting authority (name + fiscal code), municipality / province / region, procedure type, publication date, submission deadline, direct link to the tender documents.

Why this data source

Since January 2024 the Italian procurement reform routes every public notice through the national ANAC database — regional portals and the Gazzetta Ufficiale are no longer the primary legal source. This Actor reads the national feed, so you get full coverage of Italy with a single tool: gare d'appalto, bandi di gara, procedure aperte, affidamenti from municipalities, regions, health authorities, universities and central bodies.

How to get daily email alerts (no code)

1. Configure your filters (CPV, keywords, region, value) and save them as a Task.
2. Add a Schedule (e.g. every morning at 8:00).
3. In the Task's Integrations tab, connect Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or n8n on the "run succeeded" event.

You'll receive the new matching tenders every day, with deadlines and direct links to the documents.

If a run finds no new tenders, it outputs a single summary record — so you always know the monitor is alive.

Notes & fair use

• Data comes from the public ANAC legal publicity feed (open government data). No login, no personal data: award notices may name natural persons in the source — this Actor never outputs awardee personal fields.
• CPV descriptions are mapped to official 8-digit CPV codes using the EU SIMAP table (9,400+ Italian entries).
• Typical run: a 3-day window scans ~20,000 notices in about a minute at 512 MB.
